Combining Web and Mobile Solutions

Increasingly companies are viewing the importance of opening their regular website content to a more mobile devices. Recently KHL Interactive won the opportunity to work on the new Web and mobile portal for Matthew Swing and Partners.

This Real Estate organisation has a number of offices. Traditionally many organisations use web portals such as Rightmove and Primelocation. Interestingly mobile Apps are available for these websites. However, estate agents also invest in their own web presence, probably in an effort to provide greater information and access to other services, for example: financial arrangements or letting contracts.

We are currently developing their new website and an integrated mobile platform. In the coming weeks clients will be able to enjoy a rich web-experience and for those who have smart phones, they will be able to gain instant access to special offer vouchers and pricing options, for example: price changes and purchase/availability statuses for properties.

In addition, using the mobile App will provide users access to featured property views from the company’s YouTube pages and Blog updates – combining the power of New and Social media to help drive business.
